The Seelie Court is ruled by Queen Titania. They are the Fae of the bright half of the year, of the spring, of the light realms of Fae. They are not necessarily good fairies. Tinkerbell was a member of the Seelie Court, and she tried to kill Wendy, remember? They just exist in the realms of sunlight.
