Basilisk

The Basilisk goes by many names and can take a few different forms. Oft times, they are a strange combination between a chicken and a serpent. Other times, between human and serpent. Their venom is the most venomous venom within all the realms. That being said, however, certain gods and demons will ingest this fowl cryptotoxin as a depressant.

The Basilisk is known as the legendary Serpent King due to this venom and it's ability to breathe fire.

It's main weakness, however, is the weasel. Even just the smell of a weasel can cause a Basilisk to flee. Weasels are not to be trifled with.
